Boston Celtics v Minnesota Timberwolves Saturday 6 January 11.05am
This one looms as a real showdown. The Celtics have been on fire in recent time, winning four of their last five games including a 14 point victory over the Cavs at TD Garden.
They are hard to beat at home having won 11 straight and despite the Timberwolves having dropped their last game to Brooklyn, they have won seven of their last nine.
While the Celtics deserve to be favourites, I can see Minnesota really looking for some revenge after the Brooklyn loss, so consider either team to win by less than seven points.
If you do like Boston, though, look to increase their odds a bit by backing them to win between 1-10 points at $2.70.
TIP: Either team to win by less than 7 $2.40
This really is the game of the day, so there is potentially still more money to be made.
Jimmy Butler has been on fire of late and is now really settled into his role at Minnesota. If they are to have any chance to win, they are going to need another big game from him.
In his last five games he has averaged 28.4 points, and despite a slight dip in his field goal percentage in his last game, he looks set for another big one.
