Will Allen be an upgrade?

The Bears soured of superstar defensive end Julius Peppers, who's now in Green Bay, and opted this past offseason to sign feared pass-rusher Jared Allen to a lucrative contract. The Bears are banking on Allen being a significant upgrade over Peppers, who seemed to lose interest at times last year.
