News: 2 hours agoNFL reporter Jordan Schultz reports that teams seeking help at wide receiver will likely call the Eagles about the status of Brown before the Nov. 10 deadline.

Spin: Brown's lone regular-season game this season was in Week 2 against the Titans, when he rushed for 12 yards on two carries and did not record a target. He missed the next three games due to an ankle injury and was a healthy scratch for Week 6 against the Panthers, and the veteran wide receiver doesn't appear to be in the Eagles' offensive gameplan moving forward. The Eagles have a 2-4 record, and with franchise quarterback Jalen Hurts (calf) likely out for the rest of the season, the team could be looking to trade Brown and other players by the Nov. 10 trade deadline.

ESPN Fantasy Projection: Brown signed with the Eagles and he's likely to slot in either third or fourth on the team's depth chart behind DeVonta Smith, first-round rookie Makai Lemon and perhaps Dontayvion Wicks. Once a featured target in Baltimore and Arizona, Brown was more of a situational player during his two seasons in Kansas City. He barely saw the field in 2024 due to injury before handling a career-low 14.2% target share in 16 games in 2025. Brown cleared 10 fantasy points three times, but all came prior to Week 7. With Dallas Goedert and Saquon Barkley also heavily in the mix for targets in Philly, Brown will have to beat out Lemon and Wicks for a starting gig in order to have any chance at flex value.
