News: 1 day agoHolani (rib) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Chargers, while teammate Jadarian Price (chest) has been ruled out.
Spin: Holani still figures to get most of his playing time on passing downs but could take on more carries in the absence of Price. The Seahawks also have Jacardia Wright and Velus Jones as backfield options on the practice squad, so Emanuel Wilson and Holani won't automatically get all of the snaps.
ESPN Fantasy Projection: Holani is on the 2026 fantasy radar with Kenneth Walker III no longer on the Seattle roster and Zach Charbonnet (ACL) in doubt for the early portion of the season. Holani will compete with rookie Jadrian Price and Emanuel Wilson for touches while Charbonnet is sidelined. The 2024 UDFA has 25 carries and three targets to his name through two NFL seasons. Price figures to get the first shot at lead back duties and, even if forced into a few starts in Seattle's run-friendly offense, Holani would be working in a committee and no more than a deep league flex.
