News: 2 days agoArroyo wasn't targeted in Wednesday's 13-10 win over the Patriots.

Spin: Arroyo was on the field for 11 of Seattle's 50 snaps on offense while AJ Barner played 44 snaps and caught two passes, suggesting there is still a substantial gap between the Seahawks' top two tight ends. After flashing some receiving upside during the preseason, it looks like Arroyo may not get enough playing time to make much of an impact on offense, at least while Barner is healthy.

ESPN Fantasy Projection: Arroyo is eyeing a Year 2 breakout after an underwhelming rookie campaign in which he played a clear second fiddle to A.J. Barner. The 2025 second-round pick was limited to 39% of the offensive snaps during the 13 games he was active. He cleared three targets in a game only once (five in Week 7) and his lone touchdown came on one of just two targets in Week 9. Arroyo was effective as a vertical target at the collegiate level, so he remains an intriguing dynasty hold, but the 23-year-old has a tough path to short-term fantasy relevance while stuck behind Barner in Seattle's low-pass-volume offense.
