Pacers star Paul George does not want Indiana Fever fans to miss out on one last chance to catch Tamika Catchings in the regular season -- so he bought 5,000 tickets to ensure one of the WNBA's greatest gets the finale she deserves.
The Fever announced Thursday that fans could collect as many as four tickets for the Fever's home finale against the Dallas Wings on Sunday - compliments of George.

George has been a huge admirer of Catchings. He calls her his "big sis" and also claims that she is one of the reasons he changed his number from No. 24 to No. 13, with the intent that Catchings should be the only pro-baller No. 24 in Indiana. Catchings and George both recently took home gold medals as members of the women's and men's national teams, respectively.
George is no stranger to grand ticket gestures. In 2014 he bought out the entire Save Mart Center in Fresno, CA for Fresno State's (George's alma mater) home opener against Cal State Northridge.
