Simone Biles is a four-time gold medalist, who may or may not have been the good luck charm for the World Series champion Houston Astros. So, perhaps because of her winning ways, the Houston Rockets invited the hometown hero to their game on Sunday night against the Utah Jazz.
Having just returned to full-time gymnastics training last week, Biles took the night off and joined her boyfriend, Stacey Ervin, at the game.

She even participated in the team's "First Shot for Charity" initiative. While her free throw attempt wasn't successful, it still was for a good cause and made the crowd happy. And before you judge her shooting technique, keep in mind she's basically the best gymnast of all time so it doesn't really matter.

And, of course, the Rockets won the game, 137-110, and improved to a Western Conference-best, 8-3. Just the Simone Effect, I guess. And James Harden. But mostly Simone.
