ESPN Fantasy Projection: DeRozan averaged more than 16 PPG for the 16th straight season with the Kings, before leaving this offseason to join the Nuggets. DeRozan is listed as a sixth man for the Nuggets, the primary backup at shooting guard and both forward slots. He may not get full starter minutes, but it should be close. DeRozan is a professional scorer, and he'll get to play off and be set up by the greatest passing big man in the NBA in Nikola Jokic. While his ceiling may be capped by his role, DeRozan's output will likely be similar to his norm if slightly attenuated in Denver.
