The head-scratching reign of Julie Hermann as Rutgers AD took another turn in 2014. After having to issue an apology on behalf of Rutgers fans who mocked the Jerry Sandusky child sex-abuse scandal during Penn State's trip to Piscataway, N.J., in September, she made a similar insensitive statement on the Sandusky scandal during a fundraising meeting just days after.
