The former Knicks guard turned himself in on charges of second- and third-degree criminal possession of a firearm in the early hours after a Knicks loss to the Mavericks in February. An attorney for Felton's then-wife had turned the gun over to police custody before the game, and his spouse at the time gave a statement alleging he had threatened her with the weapon before.
