Ryan Robinson was never considered the MVP of Oklahoma State's defense during his time in Stillwater, Oklahoma. He didn't even become a starter until his senior season in 2012 after joining the Pokes as a junior college transfer the year before.
Yet, he is one of the relative unknowns who impressed during the Seattle Seahawks OTAs this week, reports Jayson Jenks of the Seattle Times. Robinson spent plenty of time with the first-team defense, although the Seahawks were missing veterans Cliff Avril and Michael Bennett. Nonetheless, Jenks calls him a name to keep an eye on.
Robinson spent last season on the Seahawks practice squad after spending some time in the Oakland Raiders organization. He is another example of undrafted OSU players who ended up finding a way to stick in the NFL, joining the Green Bay Packers guard Lane Taylor and Dallas Cowboys cornerback Tyler Patmon among others.
