PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. -- Good afternoon from the Port, where Rick Porcello, Don Orsillo and Jerry Remy all make their Grapefruit League debuts Sunday afternoon against the New York Mets.
Porcello, who pitched two scoreless innings against Boston College Tuesday afternoon, will be on the mound against a Mets lineup that includes six position players who project as regulars: third baseman David Wright, right fielder Curtis Granderson, first baseman Michael Cuddyer, center fielder Juan Laggers, catcher Travis D’Arnaud and shortstop Wilmer Flores.
The game will be the first this spring televised by NESN.
The Sox team that took the long way here -- south on 75, across Alligator Alley, north on 95 -- features just two projected starters: shortstop Xander Bogaerts and catcher Christian Vazquez. That is not likely to set well with fans who had to pay a premium for Sunday’s game because the Sox are the visitors.
Here are the lineups:

Brock Holt, 2B
Xander Bogaerts, SS
Daniel Nava, RF
Bryce Brentz, LF
