It's time to take one last look at where each SEC school is currently fairing in the recruiting world.
And it is a wacky world when it comes to keeping up with high school athletes.
Alabama will enter national signing day with the No. 1 ranking in ESPN's team recruiting rankings. Florida (fourth) and Georgia (fifth) also rank inside the top 10.
As a whole, the SEC has eight teams that rank inside the top 25.
It's no surprise that Alabama is yet again looking down at the country, as the national champs currently have 27 verbal commitments, including 12 that are members of the ESPNU 150. Six of the top 31 prospects in the country are committed to Alabama.
Alabama isn't the only SEC school doing well as one of the biggest days in college football approaches. Here's a look at how each SEC is doing in recruiting:
ALABAMA
2012 verbal commitments: 27
Spotlight: Safety Landon Collins of Geismar, La., was a major get for the Crimson Tide coaching staff. He's the nation's top safety prospect, but plays all over the field. He can play the run in the box and is also a ball-hawking defensive back. His mother wasn't too happy about his commitment, but Alabama's staff has to feel pretty good about keeping Collins.
ESPNU 150 members: 12 (S Landon Collins of Geismar, La.; ATH Eddie Williams of Panama City, Fla.; ATH Cyrus Jones of Baltimore, Md.; WR Chris Black of Jacksonville, Fla.; OT Brandon Greene of Ellenwood, Ga.; CB Geno Smith of Atlanta; WR Amari Cooper of Miami; RB T.J. Yeldon of Daphne, Ala.; LB Dillon Lee of Buford, Ga.; LB Ryan Anderson of Daphne, Ala.; LB Reggie Ragland of Madison, Ala.; LB Tyler Hayes of Thomasville, Ala.)
ARKANSAS
2012 verbal commitments: 22
Spotlight: Wide receiver Keon Hatcher of Owasso, Okla., has great size at his position at 6-2, 205 pounds and is one of those big wide outs that makes his game even better because of his speed. Getting him in space will make his future quarterback very happy. He was rock solid to Arkansas before his visit to Oklahoma State earlier this month, but Arkansas got his final official visit.

AUBURN
2012 verbal commitments: 15
Spotlight: Athlete Ricky Parks of Hogansville, Ga., can play all over the field. At the college level, it looks like he could be a spread offense quarterback or a tight end. Maybe he has a future in the wildcat, as well. Regardless, he has the athletic ability and size to be a real handful for defenders. Parks ranks as the No. 8 athlete in the country.

FLORIDA
2012 verbal commitments: 20
Spotlight: Offensive tackle D.J. Humphries of Charlotte, N.C., is the top-rated offensive lineman in the nation and is the No. 7 overall prospect. He's arguably the most athletic offensive lineman in this year's class and is very agile. He'll certainly need to bulk up, but he is a crucial pick up for the Gators at a position of need.
ESPNU 150 members:8 (OT D.J. Humphries of Charlotte, N.C.; DE Jonathan Bullard of Shelby, N.C.; Jessamen Dunker of Boynton Beach, Fla.; TE Colin Thompson of Warminster, Pa.; WR Latroy Pittman of Citra, Fla.; OT/DT Omari Phillips of Venice, Fla.; CB Brian Poole of Bradenton, Fla.; TE Kent Taylorof Land O' Lakes, Fla.)
GEORGIA
2012 verbal commitments: 16
Spotlight: Running back Keith Marshall of Raleigh, N.C., was a very big pickup for the Bulldogs. He will add some much needed depth to his position and should challenge Georgia's running backs this spring. Marshall is at his best when he finds space and is rated the nation's No. 2 running back and fifth-best prospect overall.
ESPNU 150 members: 5 (RB Keith Marshall of Raleigh, N.C.; OT John Theus of Jacksonville, Fla.; DT Jonathan Taylor of Millen, Ga.; DE Jordan Jenkins of Hamilton, Ga.; DT John Atkins of Thompson, Ga.)
KENTUCKY
2012 verbal commitments: 25
Spotlight: Athlete Patrick Towles of Fort Thomas, Ky., is Kentucky's most athletic commitment of its class. Towles is at his best at the quarterback position and should be used as a dual-threat quarterback for Kentucky. He's 6-foot-4, 230 pounds, has a strong arm, and plays very well when he has to move outside of the pocket.
ESPNU 150 members: None
LSU
2012 verbal commitments: 21
Spotlight: Defensive end Torshiro Davis of Shreveport, La., looks like he'll be another star on LSU's defensive line. He has pretty good size, but really makes a statement with his speed. LSU is known for having a lot of speed up front, so Davis should have no problem getting acclimated to how things work in Baton Rouge.
ESPNU 150 members: 4 (OG Vadal Alexander of Buford, Ga.; DE Torshiro Davis of Shreveport, La.; LB Ronnie Feist of Edgard, La.; LB Lorenzo Phillips of Patterson, La.)
MISSISSIPPI STATE
2012 verbal commitments: 26
Spotlight: Defensive tackle Quay Evans of Morton, Miss., is a big body to handle up front, but also has tremendous speed to work around opposing backfields. He's versatile enough that he can be very disruptive in both the run and pass game. He should come in and compete for time at Fletcher Cox's old spot.
ESPNU 150 members:1 (DT Quay Evans of Morton, Miss.)
OLE MISS
2012 verbal commitments: 14
Spotlight: Defensive tackle Isaac Gross of Batesville, Miss., will be a huge addition to Ole Miss' line. He ranks third at his position and can really make plays in both the running and passing game. Even as an interior lineman, Gross really excels in the passing game because of his speed.
ESPNU 150 members:2 (DT Isaac Gross of Batesville, Miss.; DE Channing Ward of Aberdeen, Miss.)
SOUTH CAROLINA
2012 verbal commitments: 24
Spotlight: Athlete Shaq Roland of Lexington, S.C., has the ability to play either offense or defense at the next level. He should make an immediate impact for the Gamecocks because of how versatile he is. Roland really is a tremendous athlete and should also compete for time as a return man for the Gamecocks.
ESPNU 150 members:3 (ATH Shaq Roland of Lexington, S.C.; RB Mike Davis of Stone Mountain, Ga.; S Chaz Elder of College Park, Ga.)
TENNESSEE
2012 verbal commitments: 22
Spotlight: Linebacker Dalton Santos of Van, Texas, remains Tennessee's top commitment and should add some depth to the Vols' defense. He really excels in stopping the run and has the speed to move around the field well. Texas is now involved with the nation's No. 1 inside linebacker, and with him scheduled to visit Austin, Texas, this weekend, things could get interesting.
ESPNU 150 members:3 (LB Dalton Santos of Van, Texas; WR Drae Bowles of Jackson, Tenn.; WR Alton Howard of Orlando, Fla.)
VANDERBILT
2012 verbal commitments: 21
Spotlight: Athlete Brian Kimbrow of Memphis, Tenn., is the kind of athlete Vanderbilt wants to consistently recruit. He has outstanding speed and tremendous versatility. He was a top-notch running back in high school, but also has the ability to play defense with his solid corner skills. He could also be used as a return man.
