UPDATE (Tuesday, 1:40 p.m. ET): The Cincinnati Reds are another team with interest in Feliz, a source tells Zach Buchanan of the Cincinnati Enquirer.
Having rebuilt has value as a member of the Pittsburgh Pirates in 2016, Neftali Feliz has been a hot name at the winter meetings.

The Toronto Blue Jays and San Diego Padres are among the teams to check in on the 28-year-old, Jon Morosi of MLB Network reports. The Washington Nationals are another club that has been linked to Feliz this week.
Feliz won AL Rookie of the Year serving as the closer for the Texas Rangers in 2010. However, he hasn't racked up more than 15 saves in a season since 2011. Injuries derailed his career, but the right-hander bounced back with the Bucs in 2016, registering a 3.52 ERA in 62 games.
Feliz could be seen as a cheaper alternative for teams that miss out on top free-agent closers Aroldis Chapman and Kenley Jansen.
