The Oklahoma City Thunder waived guard Ronnie Price on Monday as they trimmed their roster to 15. Now Price may be looking at another job -- on an NBA sideline.

Fred Katz of the Norman Transcript reports that Phoenix Suns head coach Earl Watson offered Price a coaching position in whatever capacity he would like. However, Price, 33, is interested in continuing his playing career if he can catch on with another team.
"Just come," said Watson, per Katz. "We need your presence. You wanna do front office work? You wanna do scouting? You wanna work with a player? Just take a trip. Come have dinner with me one time. I’ll never let you leave. That was the sales pitch."
Price signed a one-year, $5 million deal with the Thunder during the offseason as a depth option behind Russell Westbrook and Cameron Payne. When the Thunder needed to get their roster down to 15 players, the team ate the entirety of Price's deal, choosing to keep Semaj Christon as their third point guard.
Watson coached Price last season, when he was serving as the Suns' interim coach. The two were also teammates together on the Utah Jazz from 2010-11. Price averaged a career-high 5.3 points per game last season and added 2.4 assists per game.
