ERIE 2, BINGHAMTON 0: The B-Mets were shut out in back-to-back games for the first time since July 2006. Christin Stewart broke a scoreless tie with a leadoff homer in the fifth against Nabil Crismatt. In his Double-A debut, Crismatt struck out seven and allowed one run on five hits in six innings in a tough-luck loss. Reliever Kyle Regnault surrendered a run in the seventh. Trailing 2-0, Victor Cruzado walked, Jayce Boyd doubled and Raywilly Gomez walked to load the bases with two outs in the ninth, but Maikis De La Cruz grounded out. ST. LUCIE 9, JUPITER 2: St. Lucie clinched the South Division second-half title and secured its first playoff berth since 2012. The Mets will host Bradenton on Tuesday for Game 1 of the best-of-three opening round. David Thompson had a solo homer in the seventh, then clubbed a two-run homer in the eighth to put the game away. P.J. Conlon fired five scoreless innings to earn the win. Kevin Taylor’s RBI groundout in the first opened the scoring. John Mora smoked a run-scoring triple in the second and Jhoan Urena followed with an RBI double. Conlon surrendered only an infield hit and three walks. He struck out seven. Alex Palsha pitched two no-hit relief innings. Ben Griset tossed a perfect eighth. The Hammerheads didn’t collect their second hit until the ninth inning. Thompson and John Mora had three hits apiece. Mora finished a double shy of a cycle. Box
