NEW YORK -- Jeurys Familia has been added to the Mets' Arizona Fall League roster.
Established major leaguers generally do not participate in the AFL, but Familia missed much of the season after undergoing surgery to clean out his right elbow.
Familia previously had indicated he intends to pitch in winter ball with Indios del Cibao in the Dominican Republic.
The Mets' AFL contingent also includes right-handers Chasen Bradford, Hansel Robles and Cody Satterwhite, catcher Cam Maron, infielder Aderlin Rodriguez and outfielder Cory Vaughn.
