SAN FRANCISCO -- Juan Lagares is not close to returning from the disabled list. In fact, Terry Collins said Saturday, Lagares still is being instructed not to do any rotational activities because he is not yet "asymptomatic."
Lagares landed on the DL on Monday with a strained intercostal muscle on his right side.
He currently is rehabbing at the team's complex in Port St. Lucie, Fla.
