Tuley's Take: Everyone is talking about rookie WR Amari Cooper, and so far the hype looks justified, especially as he has looked to be on the same page with QB Derek Carr. We'll see how much that improves Oakland, but I really believe they will be live underdogs early and often this season. The Raiders were an impressive 8-8 ATS last year despite a 3-13 overall record.
