Dave Tuley
Tuley's Take: Just like Tampa Bay, which took Jameis Winston with the first pick in the draft, the Titans took Marcus Mariota with the second pick in the hopes they were landing a franchise quarterback. But also just like the Bucs, or usually any team with that high of a draft pick, the Titans have a whole lot of other holes in their lineup that need strengthening, so the young quarterbacks are probably going to experience a lot of growing pains and experience more losing than they saw in their college careers.
