Tuley's Take: Chip Kelly continues his process of building the Eagles team in his image. The heat he caught last year by letting DeSean Jackson leave was nothing compared to when he traded LeSean McCoy to Buffalo this offseason, but at least he then brought in DeMarco Murray from Dallas (and Ryan Mathews from San Diego).
