The NBA regular season is in the books, but there is still more action before the playoffs start. The play-in tournament to determine the seventh and eighth seeds will run Tuesday through Friday.
The team with the seventh-best winning percentage in each conference will host the team with the eighth-highest winning percentage in a play-in game, with the winner from each conference earning the No. 7 seed.
The team with the ninth-best winning percentage in each conference will host the team with the 10th-highest winning percentage, and the loser of the seven-eight game will host the winner of the nine-10 game in a play-in game, with the winner of that game in each conference earning the No. 8 seed.
Tuesday's games are on TNT, and ESPN will have a doubleheader Wednesday.

Memphis Grizzlies at Golden State Warriors (-4.5, 221)
Kezirian: For me, there is no reason to like Memphis. The Grizzlies are the epitome of inconsistency. Their highs are pretty high, but they are just too unreliable. Even against the Spurs on Wednesday, after building a 38-19 lead after the first quarter, Memphis then went more than five minutes without scoring a single point. The Grizzlies rank in the bottom third in 3-pointers made per game and in 3-point percentage. They also rank 15th in offensive efficiency, which is actually better than Golden State, but the Warriors are a much better team right now than their season-long statistics would indicate.
