Pac-12 grip loosening on California prospects

Every year, California supplies the Pac-12 with more recruits than any other state. That trend continued in the 2016 class, as the Pac-12 signed more than 100 prospects from California -- roughly five times more than came from any other state -- but there could be some cause for concern when looking at the top of the California class.
