Penn State is in search of the momentum on the trail the Nittany Lions initially enjoyed under James Franklin. The Class of 2018 could be answering the call. With two ESPN Junior 300s already in the fold in elite defensive end Micah Parsons and offensive tackle Chris Bleich, Penn State nabbed a third ranked member Saturday when receiver Justin Shorter announced his intentions to play for the Nittany Lions.
