Commentator: Andrew Miller

5.40pm Right, we're over so soon, that we haven't quite got up and running in today's second men's game. But it's a big London derby at The Oval, as MI London host London Spirit. See you on the other side!

5.36pm Sam Billings: "The bowling today was exceptional. We executed, Matt Henry showed his class, they set it up. Anything under 140 would be a good effort. Chased it down, professional job. T20 cricket, young players think you just put your foot down, but Duckett showed class and application as an all-formats player to assess. It's about holding length, Test-match length, maintain that and be courageous. Pace off, into the pitch, wind is a massive factor. Duckett looks like a minion in the yellow, how small he is..."

The Meerkat Match Hero is Ben Duckett: "Bowlers were superb, adapted to the pitch early, they take massive credit for this win. Against that world-class attack my aim was to get past the powerplay, free-hits helped as well. I struggled for rhythm but Finn played beautifully and Bants took the pressure off. I was just not out at the end, the bowlers won us that game. When there's not much damage early, it's easier. Win here, we're happy, and Manchester are a great team for Friday."

5.30pm Well, that was one-way traffic from first ball to last. Welsh Fire failed to put enough runs on the board, then bowled with absolutely no resolve to lose by nine wickets and with a massive 28 balls left unused. Ben Duckett is the mainstay with an excellent half-century, while Tom Banton's 31 from 15 injected some urgency through the back-end. Finn Allen looked lively for his 33 from 19 too. The less said about Fire's bowling, the better.

Jansen to Banton, FOUR, free hit ... no mistake this time! High hands, drilled through wide long-off! Rockets wrap up a massive victory!

Jansen to Banton, 1 no ball, driven hard and straight to mid-off... Woakes scoops up a superb low catch, but it's a seventh no-ball! This, frankly, is the epitaph this awful contest deserves

Kellaway to Banton, FOUR, Tribe at deep midwicket makes a meal of a regulation intercept, and deflects it over the ropes. This has been a pathetic display from Fire
