9.15pm: Relief and exultation around the Utilita Bowl. Southern Brave's men are finally the board, pulling this one out of the fire with the lowest successful defence in the men's comp. Phoenix never got to grips with a required rate of just 1.3 per ball, losing regular wickets as the game spiralled away from them. And with the Brave Women going great guns on four from four, that puts them top of the join standings for the Helix Trophy!
Marcus Stoinis is the Match Hero, after scoring 34 off 26 and taking 2 for 16: "We're pumped, we needed that. We've had close games but got over the line. It's hard batting first, fresh wicket today, hard to know what a good score is. That's the struggle, an extra 10 runs might have made that a lot easier. [Defending] That's the advantage, you know how to bowl on it, as an allrounder you know what felt hard to hit. On a wicket like this, it was just consistency and subtle changes. Just glad it's working for me."
