Well folks, that's all the action from Chattogram for today. Thank you for tuning in. Do join us again at the same time on June 19th. You can also follow the Bangladesh Women vs Australia Women game here. Until then, take care and go well.

Mitchell Marsh: "It's always nice to start a series with a win, especially a three-match series. So, yeah, a good start for the boys. [Spinners were the main plan?] No, we were probably a little bit surprised at the lack of pace and bounce in the wicket, but I thought that we picked a really well-rounded team. If it went that direction, we had heaps of cover. The two debutants chipped in with some really nice bowling, and I thought all around it was a really good performance on what could have been a pretty tricky chase. [Cooper Connolly] It's great. Obviously, Coops has had a taste of international cricket over the last 12 months, and he's only going to continue to grow and get better the more comfortable he feels. It's great to see him bat like that on what was a reasonably tricky wicket, so it was great for him."

Player of the Match, Adam Zampa: "[First Australian to pick up 150 T20I wickets] Yeah, it feels good. It means I've been around for a long time. Obviously a proud achievement, especially in a game like this. We've had a tough time of it in the ODIs, and to have a couple of young guys come in, Joel Davies and Nikhil Chowdhury, feel like they're at home in the team and look like they're a part of it; feels good. [Assistance from the surface] I think we got the information in our bowling powerplay. It felt like the quicks were a little bit dull off the wicket, and it was hard to hit it in the air through the ring, so I kind of got that information and used it to my best effect. The wicket was dull, it was pretty low, and there wasn't a lot of spin, but it felt like it was hard to hit it over the fence. [The ball was coming off nicely off your hand] Yeah, not too bad."

Towhid Hridoy: "[What went wrong for you?] As a batting unit, we failed today, so hopefully we will overcome from here. We all know what kind of mistake we made, so hopefully the next match we will overcome it. [Batting looked a bit rusty] Yep, we lost back to back wickets in the middle; that's why we didn't build a partnership. As I mentioned earlier, we will overcome. [The surface was slow today] No, the wicket was pretty good to bat on, but 131 is never enough runs. You have to really bowl your heart out to defend that. As a batting unit, we should have scored at least 160 or 170. Every series and every match, the bowling unit has done well. Next time we will do better."

NK : "Very poor captaincy. Last two overs should have been given to fizz and shoriful. Penultimate over should have been given to the fizz. "

James : "In control of his body? where? His first step caused him to topple over. Seen those and even more controlled get rubbed out. "

5:22 pm Australia now lead the T20I series 1-0 after getting the job done with a strong all-round performance. Their bowling and fielding were impressive throughout, although the chase wasn't completely straightforward. Bangladesh made the ideal start when Shoriful removed Inglis in the third over. However, Connolly walked in and immediately put the pressure back on the hosts, smashing two boundaries and a six in the same over. By the end of the powerplay, Australia were 47 for 2, only five runs behind Bangladesh's score at the same stage. Connolly and David then settled things down with a partnership of 40 runs. Connolly looked set for a half-century before Saqlain's slower ball did the trick, with the left-hander falling for an entertaining 47 from 27 deliveries. Mahedi then produced an excellent response after being launched for a huge six, dismissing David with a mistimed shot that was safely taken at long on. With the game still in the balance, Renshaw and Nikhil put together an important partnership to guide Australia closer to the target. Bangladesh managed to pick up a couple of late wickets, including both set batters, which briefly raised hopes among the home supporters. But Australia remained composed and completed the chase without any further drama. Saqlain marked his debut with two wickets, though he leaked a few runs along the way. Rishad, Shoriful, Mustafizur and Mahedi chipped in with one wicket each. Stay tuned for the post-match presentation.

Abdul Gaffar Saqlain to Bartlett, FOUR, No extra drama like the third ODI of the series, Bartlett guides his team over the line with a boundary! Back of a length ball outside the off stump line, moves onto the back foot and punches it through the line of the ball, picking out the gap between extra cover and mid-off. Rishad tries to chase it down but gives up midway as the ball trickles away towards widish long off ropes.

Jawad Chowdhury: "Absolutely ridiculous captaincy, with 3 overs left from Fizz, Shoriful and Saqlain, Hridoy has gone to Saif. Shanto didn't give up when Aus needed 9 from 5 overs with 5 wickets left. Hridoy has already given up. That's the difference."

Vaughan: "Pre-empting any discourse about the legality of the catch. Ball and own movement were controlled before the ball touched the ground, so correctly given. Different story if he had fallen into that position while receiving the ball."
