Leslie, second from the left, won the first of four gold medals in 1996 as the U.S. women went 8-0 in the Atlanta Olympics (on top of a 52-0 record in exhibition games leading up to the Olympics). She scored 35 points against Japan in the semifinals before USA Basketball defeated Brazil in the gold-medal match.
