Which players should you build around and which players should you fade in DFS on Tuesday? Our experts provide their picks.
Players to build around
Victor Oladipo, Indiana Pacers
He's clearly exceeded even the wildest expectations so far, averaging more than 25 points per game while making half his field goals and providing a Stephen Curry-like free throw percentage. Perhaps the scoring will adjust when center Myles Turner returns from a concussion, but that day isn't today. When one thinks about the opposing Sacramento Kings, much comes to mind, but strong defense isn't among them. Oladipo remains a relative bargain at $7,700 DraftKings. -- Eric Karabell
Avery Bradley, Detroit Pistons
Bradley has been impossible to ignore lately. Today, he's the right price to combine with both Russell Westbrook and Giannis Antetokounmpo in your lineups. Bradley is coming off three consecutive games of 30 or more fantasy points, in which he's averaging 18 points and almost three steals per game. He gets a great matchup with the faster-paced Lakers tonight, who lead the league with over 19 turnovers per game. -- Renee Miller
D'Angelo Russell, Brooklyn Nets
Russell against the Suns' 25th ranked defense is the perfect recipe for a big night out of the third-year pro. He only needs to reach 35 DFS points on Tuesday and he will have a chance to come close to that on scoring alone. Add in the assists, rebounds and steals, and Russell should be one of the top values of the night. -- Joe Kaiser
I understand that it is a short slate and you will be tempted to use that as an excuse to roster Russell Westbrook, but that's simply not the value play tonight. James Harden is the only player in the NBA with a higher usage rate than Russell this season and I'm looking for production that mirrors his first four games this season (23 points, 5.5 assists, 4.5 rebounds, 1.8 steals, and 2.3 3PM). By paying down a bit at PG, I've got Giannis Antetokounmpo and Paul George in my lineup as well. -- Kyle Soppe
Players to fade
Paul George, Oklahoma City Thunder
Since scoring 28 points in the opener, George has averaged 17.8 points per game, with a lot fewer rebounds and assists than expected. Perhaps he simply needs more time to adjust to his new surroundings, and his price kind of reflects the slow start, but I'm still avoiding until further notice. Carmelo Anthony has done better statistically and costs less. -- Eric Karabell
Andre Drummond, Detroit Pistons
In truth, I will probably make an alternate lineup with Drummond, given the matchup, but he's impossible to fit with both Westbrook and Antetokounmpo. He has been staying out of foul trouble and his rebounding is superb, so the fade has more to do with the upside/floor of the other two stars on tonight's slate than with any shortcoming on Drummond's part. -- Renee Miller
Luke Walton and the Lakers have often go to a small lineup that forces Brook Lopez and the opposing center to stay on the bench, and if that happens tonight it could mean fewer minutes for Drummond. Even if Drummond plays as normal, though, he has a high price tag and it will be difficult for him to reach value even if he plays well like he has of late. -- Joe Kaiser
Khris Middleton, Milwaukee Bucks
It's tough to a get a true fade on a short slate, but I'm trying to avoid Middleton in all formats tonight. He had 27 points, 9 assists and 7 rebounds on Sunday ... and his DraftKings price jumped $900 as a result! That's a massive bump based on one performance and he is facing the third-most efficient defense so far this season. Middleton is a professional scorer, but I want to see his versatility for more than two weeks before I pay up for it. -- Kyle Soppe
