Harry Kane scored his 102nd goal in his 100th Bundesliga game on Saturday, the most by any player in the league's history after a century of appearances.
During Bayern Munich's 6-1 victory over RB Leipzig, Kane tapped home from Nathaniel Brown's cutback in the 53rd minute to make it 5-0 and mark the milestone with a goal.
In doing so, Kane ensured he smashed the existing record of 72 after 100 appearances -- set by Timo Konietzka for Borussia Dortmund in the 1960s -- by a whopping 30 goals.
It was Kane's fourth goal in six Bundesliga games so far this season, with the England captain having also bagged three in two in the Champions League, as well as a brace in the German Cup win over VfL Osnabruck.
"Really proud to reach 100 games for Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga," Kane said. "We've had some amazing moments and hopefully many more amazing moments to come."
Saturday's achievement is the latest in a long line of records that Kane has broken since arriving from Spurs in 2023.
In September, during a 4-0 victory over Union Berlin, he became the fastest player to reach 100 goals, in his 98th appearance for Bayern.
In total across all competitions, he has scored 155 goals in 157 games for the German club, winning two Bundesliga titles as well as the 2026 German Cup.
Kane's performance have made him the favourite to win the Ballon d'Or for the first time, with the ceremony set to take place on Oct. 26.
"So with the Ballon d'Or, in 10 days or so, we'll find out who wins," Kane said Saturday. "Like I've said all along, it'll be a massive achievement if it does happen. But if not, we focus on this season, getting some good wins.
"We've got some important games coming up, both in the Champions League and the Bundesliga, so that's where our focus lies."
After a mixed start to the season, the win over Leipzig saw Bayern move to their familiar position at the top of the Bundesliga table.
"That was a really good game," Kane said of the win. "After the last two results, I think it was important to make a statement, and we did that from the first minute. I think we had enough chances in the last two games to score goals and win, but we didn't get the results we wanted.
"There was more talk than usual, so it was important to keep cool heads and avoid mistakes. And we did that from start to finish, from front to back. It was excellent. When you score six goals against an opponent like that, you can be really proud."
The 33-year-old is close to signing a new deal at the club which would keep him there until 2029, sources told ESPN on Friday. His current deal is due to expire at the end of this season.

Should he play against Croatia in England's Nations League game on Nov. 12, Kane will also become his nation's most-capped player of all time, with 126 appearances, surpassing the record set by Peter Shilton in 1990.
He is already England's top scorer, with 91 goals.
