HOUSTON -- Marcel Smith scored 14 points and Houston Baptist defeated Campbell 87-76 Wednesday night.
Six Houston Baptist players scored in double figures.
Ronald March and Marcus Davis had 12 points apiece and Tyler Russell scored 11 for the Huskies (4-6). Art Bernardi and Anthony Hill chipped in 10 apiece for the Huskies.
Eric Griffin had 21 points and eight rebounds for Campbell (8-2). Trey Freeman scored 19 points and Darren White had 18 points and 10 rebounds for the Camels.
Houston Baptist shot 52 percent from the floor.
The teams also met in the season opener at Campbell on Nov. 11, with the Camels winning 82-68.
