The school says Thursday night's game has been rescheduled to Friday. A game time has not been announced.
No. 23 SMU (19-5, 8-3 AAC), ranked in the AP Top 25 for the first time since the 1984-85 season, is seeking its ninth win in 10 games. Rutgers (10-14, 4-7) is looking to earn back-to-back league victories.
