LAWRENCEVILLE, N.J. -- Zedric Sadler scored 20 points and gathered eight rebounds to lead Rider over Wagner 79-58 on Saturday.
Daniel Stewart added 17 points and eight boards for Rider (5-4), who won its third in a row.
Wagner (5-6) was paced by Latif Rivers and Kenneth Ortiz, who both finished with 12 points for the Seahawks. As a team, Wagner shot just 32.8 percent from the floor.
Rider shot 53.2 percent and 8 of 17 (47.1 percent) on 3-pointers.
The Broncs jumped out to a 14-2 lead, including treys by Sadler and Anthony Myles. Their first half lead eclipsed 20, on a pair of Jimmie Taylor free throws at 5:47, en route to a 40-22 lead at intermission.
Wagner cut the lead to 12 with 5:07 left at 65-53 after layups by Mario Moody and Ortiz. Rider called timeout and scored the next eight points to push the lead back over 20.
