Boston edges St. Peter's in 66-65 comeback win
BOSTON -- Nathan Dieudonne scored a career-high 21 points, including the game-winning free throw, to lift Boston University to a 66-65 comeback win over St. Peter's on Saturday.
Trailing 27-21 at the break, Boston (5-2) opened the second half with a 17-9 run to take its first lead of the game on a pair of Dieudonne free throws. The Peacocks (2-4) battled back, twice retaking the lead down the stretch and then tying the game at 65 in the closing seconds before Dieudonne stepped to the foul line with just a second left on the clock to hit the first of his two free throws to give the Terriers the win.
Dieudonne also hauled in a game-high nine rebounds. Maurice Watson Jr. scored 17 points for Boston and Dom Morris added 12.
Marvin Dominique led St. Peter's with 20 points and seven rebounds, while Tyler Gaskins added 13.
