POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- Jay Bowie scored 23 points, hitting 6 of 10 from 3-point range, and Chavaughn Lewis had 20 points as Marist routed Quinnipiac 103-72 on Sunday.
Khallid Hart added 15 points and T.J. Curry and Adam Kemp each scored 12 apiece for the Red Foxes (12-18, 9-11 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference), who recorded a season-high in points and earned their largest margin of victory this season.
Marist shot 53.6 percent from the field, hit 15 of 32 from 3-point range and made 14 of 16 free throws. Bowie went 8 of 14 from the field while Lewis made 8 of 13.
Zaid Hearst led Quinnipiac (19-10, 14-6) with 25 points and Ousmane Drame added 21, but the Bobcats shot just 35 percent from the field and have now lost two straight after going on a seven-game winning streak.
