DAYTON, Ohio -- AJ Pacher scored 20 points, including 7 of 7 from the line, as Wright State handled Valparaiso 67-58 on Tuesday.
Cole Darling had 12 points and JT Yoho added 10 points for Wright State (17-13, 9-6 Horizon), which went 15 of 18 from the line overall but just 4 of 14 from beyond the arc.
The Raiders turned a four-point first half lead into 10 on back-to-back 3-pointers by Darling and Chrishawn Hopkins, en route to a 32-23 lead at the break.
Valparaiso (17-13, 9-6) trimmed its deficit to five with 18 seconds left, but the Raiders responded with a pair of Yoho free throws and finished with a dunk by Miles Dixon (8 points) as time expired.
Alec Peters led Valpo with 11 points, while Vashil Fernandez added 10 points and three blocked shots.
