Bucknell rolls over Loyola (Md.) 61-50

LEWISBURG, Pa. -- Nana Foulland scored 15 points and grabbed six rebounds as Bucknell rolled over Loyola (Md.) 61-50 on Wednesday night.

Zach Thomas added 13 points and nine boards for the Bison (16-12, 11-4 Patriot League). Ryan Frazier chipped in nine points.

Bucknell took a 25-24 lead at the break on a 8-4 run late in the first half after trailing through much of the period.

A Tyler Hubbard jumper early in the second half put Loyola back on top, 34-31, but John Azzinaro answered for Bucknell with a 3-pointer that sparked a 12-3 surge and the Bison led 43-37 with 7:36 to play. Thomas and Chris Hass hit back-to-back 3-pointers to extend the Bison lead to 54-41 with 4:04 remaining and they rolled to the win.

Hubbard finished with 16 points to lead the Greyhounds (10-16, 6-9). Franz Rassman added 14 points.
