TEANECK, N.J -- Earl Brown scored 20 points and grabbed 14 rebounds to lead St. Francis (Pa) to a 64-60 win over Fairleigh Dickinson on Thursday night.
Malik Harmon scored 13 with seven assists for the Red Flash (13-9, 7-4 Northeast Conference), who made 25 of 51 field goals.
There were six lead changes and two ties before Greg Brown dunked with 50 seconds left and St. Francis led 27-26 at halftime.
The Knights took a 43-41 second-half lead on a free throw by Marques Townes, but the Red Flash retook the lead and pulled ahead 58-53 on a layup by Greg Brown with 54 seconds left. Darian Anderson's 3 with eight seconds to go pulled the Knights within 62-60, but Harmon hit two free throws to ice it for the Red Flash.
Anderson led the Knights (7-15, 2-9) with 11. Malachi Nix and Stephan Jiggetts scored 10 apiece.
