DELAND, Fla. -- Yonel Brown made four 3-pointers and scored 28 points and Kennesaw State beat Stetson 92-82 on Thursday night.
Aubrey Williams added 17 points while Kendrick Ray and Bernard Morena had 16 apiece for the Owls (10-18, 6-6 Atlantic Sun), who shot just shy of 50 percent in winning their third straight game.
Divine Myles and Derick Newton scored 17 points each for the Hatters (9-19, 3-9) with Angel Rivera adding 14, Grant Lozoya 13 and Brian Pegg grabbing a career-high 16 rebounds. Stetson lost its fourth consecutive game.
Stetson scored the first five points of the second half to tie the game before the Owls retook the lead and extended it into double figures on Brown's 3-point play with 13:19 left. The Hatters got back within single digits at 85-77 with 1:33 left but no closer.
