Charlotte rolls to 92-72 win over North Carolina A&T
GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Joseph Uchebo scored 21 points and grabbed nine rebounds as Charlotte rolled to 92-72 win over North Carolina A&T on Wednesday night.
Uchebo was 9 of 10 from the field for the 49ers (8-14). Anthony Vanhook added 13 points, three rebounds and seven assists, and Braxton Ogbueze and Jon Davis each had 12 points, three rebounds and five assists.
Charlotte took an early lead and had a 45-27 advantage at the break. In the second half, the 49ers outscored North Carolina A&T 47-45 and rolled to the win.
The 49ers were 55.7 percent from the field, 81.3 percent from the line and 44 percent (11 of 25) from beyond the 3-point arc.
Sam Hunt scored 21 points for the Aggies (6-18), who were 44 percent from the field and 73.3 percent from the line.
