BETHLEHEM, Pa. -- Jack Montague hit six 3-pointers and scored a career-high 21 points and Justin Sears nearly had a quadruple-double to lead Yale past Lehigh 79-67 Thursday night.

Yale (3-0) opened the season with three straight victories for the first time since the 1950-51 season.

Yale answered with an 11-0 run over the next two-plus minutes, during which Mason made 7 of 8 free throws, to seal it.
