SPARTANBURG, S.C. -- Cameron Jackson and Eric Garcia each scored 19 points, Jackson added 10 rebounds, and Wofford blasted Western Carolina 84-56 on Saturday.
After Haboubacar Mutombo's layup brought the Catamounts to within 23-20, Wofford (14-15, 9-7 Southern) went on a 21-6 run in the last 5:53 of the half for a 44-26 lead at intermission.
Wofford extended its lead to 56-30 on a pair of foul shots from Fletcher Magee with just a little more than 15 minutes left to go. Jackson's dunk with 6:08 to go stretched the Terriers' lead to 31 points (78-47).
Magee finished with 13 points and Ryan Sawvell scored 13 points and grabbed 10 rebounds. Wofford outrebounded Western Carolina 46-34 and the Terriers made all 16 of their attempts from the foul line.
Devin Peterson led the Catamounts with 15 points, Adam Sledd scored 12, and Marc Gosselin added 10 points and nine rebounds.
Western Carolina (7-21, 2-13) now has dropped six straight.
