CHICAGO -- Kenneth Ogbe and Conner Toolson each scored 18 points with four 3-pointers and Utah Valley never trailed in its 97-57 defeat of Chicago State on Thursday night.

Jake Toolson scored 17 points, Akolda Manyang added 15 with 11 rebounds and three blocks, and Ben Nakwaasah had 10 points for the Wolverines (17-7, 6-2), who move into second place in Western Athletic Conference standings behind New Mexico State (20-3, 7-0).
Ogbe hit three 3s in Utah Valley's opening 22-5 run and the Wolverines led 50-26 at halftime. Connor Toolson hit a 3 for an 87-54 lead with 4:34 to play.
Utah Valley made 12 3-pointers, shot 57.4 percent from the field to the Cougars' 34.8 percent, and outrebounded Chicago State 43-30.
Fred Sims Jr. scored 17 points and Deionte Simmons added 10 for the Cougars (2-24, 0-9), who have lost 20 straight.
