PITTSBURGH -- Jamaal King scored 27 pointS and had eight assists, Andre Wolford scored 22 points with four 3-pointers, and Saint Francis (Pa.) beat Robert Morris 89-80 on Thursday night, ending the Colonials' 4-0 start in Northeast Conference play.
Keith Braxton scored 18 points with seven rebounds and Deivydas Kuzavas added 11 points for the Red Flash (10-6, 4-1), who shot 48.4 percent from the field and made 20 free throws.
Robert Morris led early, 5-4, on Dachon Burke's jumper and 3-pointer, but King's layup sparked a 9-2 run, Wolford hit two 3s in a 12-0 run, and the Red Flash led 52-37 at halftime. It was the most points the Colonials have given up in a half this season.
King's 3 put St. Francis up by 16 early in the second half, but the Colonials used a 9-0 run -- sparked by Leondre Washington's 3 -- to pull within 83-76 with 1:11 left, but got no closer.
Koby Thomas scored 20 points, grabbed 10 rebounds and had four assists for the Colonials (10-8, 4-1). Burke scored 21 points and Washington added 12.
