FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- — Jalen Leach scored 20 points as Fairfield beat Wagner 63-51 on Sunday.
Leach added six rebounds and three steals for the Stags (5-6). Brycen Goodine was 5 of 8 shooting (3 for 5 from 3-point range) to add 15 points. Louis Bleechmore had 11 points and was 3 of 9 shooting, including 1 for 4 from 3-point range, and went 4 for 6 from the line.
Melvin Council Jr. led the way for the Seahawks (4-6) with 13 points, four assists and two steals. Wagner also got 12 points and seven rebounds from Tahron Allen. Tyje Kelton also had 10 points and two steals.
