GREENSBORO, N.C. -- — Ja'Darius Harris scored 18 points as North Carolina Central beat N.C. A&T 67-62 on Tuesday night.
Harris had six rebounds and three steals for the Eagles (5-7). Emmanuel Izunabor scored 14 points while going 6 of 7 and 2 of 5 from the free throw line, and added eight rebounds and three blocks. Fred Cleveland Jr. shot 4 for 13 (2 for 7 from 3-point range) and 3 of 4 from the free throw line to finish with 13 points, while adding five rebounds and 10 assists.
The Aggies (0-9) were led by Landon Glasper, who recorded 12 points, seven rebounds and two steals. N.C. A&T also got 10 points and six rebounds from Nikolaos Chitikoudis. Uchenna Kellman-Nicholes also had eight points. The loss was the Aggies' ninth in a row.
