Cain's first slam helps Royals rally by Indians

Lorenzo Cain hit his first career grand slam, Salvador Perez provided a bases-loaded double in the eighth inning and the Kansas City Royals rallied for a 10-7 victory over the Cleveland Indians on a sun-splashed Thursday afternoon.
