A Bellator MMA bantamweight title fight between Eduardo Dantas and Joe Warren will headline Bellator 118 on May 2 in Atlantic City.
The event will take place at Revel Atlantic City in New Jersey and air on Spike TV. Officials announced the 135-pound main event Monday.
Dantas (16-3) is coming off a highlight-reel submission against Anthony Leone at Bellator 111 last month. The win marked Dantas' second 135-pound title defense. He knocked out fellow Nova Uniao teammate Marcos Galvaro in February 2013.
Warren (10-3) earned a title shot in November with a second-round TKO of Travis Marx in the Bellator tournament finals. A former featherweight champion in Bellator, Warren is on a three-fight win streak.
In addition to the bantamweight title fight, a welterweight tournament semifinals matchup between Andrey Koreshkov and Sam Oropeza will take place on the May 2 card. The bout was postponed last week when Koreshkov withdrew late with the flu.
