Los Angeles Lakers rookie forward Brandon Ingram practiced Saturday in Oklahoma City and is probable for Sunday's game after he left Friday night's loss to the Utah Jazz with a sore right knee.
Ingram, the No. 2 overall pick in the 2016 NBA draft, underwent an MRI on Saturday, the results of which were negative for any structural damage. He was diagnosed with tendinitis.
Ingram told reporters that he hopes to play Sunday against the Thunder, but he added that he will be re-evaluated before the game.
Lakers coach Luke Walton echoed Ingram by telling reporters that the team will keep a close eye on the former Duke standout.
Ingram left Friday's game after feeling soreness in his knee when he tried to run but said afterward that it wasn't serious. He finished with two points on 1-of-2 shooting off the bench.
