Fantasy Hockey
ESPN Fantasy Projection: Rust has major durability issues but he continues to produce at a high rate when healthy. He has appeared in 80-plus games just once in his career. In 72 appearances a season ago, Rust racked up 29 goals and 65 points. He added 183 shots on goal and a career-high 24 points with the man advantage. Rust has been stapled to the right side of Sidney Crosby for several years now and the combination has worked beautifully together. It's difficult to be too high on Rust from a fantasy standpoint given his age (34 this past May) and all the missed time, but he will almost certainly provide mid-round value for as long as he remains healthy.
